  • This sounds too good to be true! Is this legal?

Answer: Totally legal, matter of fact, most of this technology was developed by Google, we trust Google at ForeHound! You’ve probably already received notifications on your phone when you’re near popular places? This is that technology.

  • What happens after I place my order?

Answer: After you subscribe to monthly services for your new ForeHound Trackers, you will receive an email receipt as well as a special THANK YOU from us. We will ship your trackers within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted. If you need to make a change to your shipping information, please contact us.

  • Can I keep my Trackers if I cancel my monthly service or refund early?

Answer: No, these devices are owned by ForeHound LLC DBA ForeHound Tracker and must be returned in working order to avoid being charged full price for them.

  • So, how do I program these things? I’m not tech savvy.

Answer: Great news! You’re with the right company because we handle everything for you. After your payment is confirmed we will send you an email to return to us with the marketing messages you would like to transmit, as well as all the websites you would like the user to be directed to once they tap on your notification.

  • How often can I change my marketing messages?

Answer: As often as you’d like! Just let us know the new message you would like to transmit. Remember, everything must be compliant with Google standards, so no drugs, pornography, vulgarity or things of that nature. If your message or website is not compliant, we will let you know.

  • What is Advanced Reporting?

Answer: You want to know when, where and how your messages are working, so we always recommend utilizing advanced analytics. We will create a web page specifically for each tracker and use various analytics tools to dial in to all the demographics, locations and conversions that can be viewed in real time. We send monthly reports so you can even track your progress!

  • What if I lose my ForeHound Tracker?

Answer: If a Tracker is lost, stolen, broken or inoperable, we will gladly replace it for you! The inoperable Tracker will be turned off and you will not be charged for it. If this happens, just drop us a message.

  • Will this “spam” a user’s phone?

Answer: No. ForeHound Trackers are smart enough to reach a mobile device once in a 2 hour span. If the user chooses to ignore any future notifications, they simply will not receive messages from that Tracker again.

  • Do ForeHound Trackers work with iPhones?

Answer: Yes! We set up our Trackers to work through Google services, since practically everyone uses Google. As long as the iPhone user has a Google service on their device, and location services are turned on, they should receive your notifications.
